Didnt know where to post this so made a new thread.

Anyway, the Babes are now performing 'No Can Do' and Phillip said that they were going to start writing for the seventh album soon and they said "Yeah, in January".

Just informing you guys.
 

Yaaay! I'm quite sure this won't be such a popular decision around here but whatever, I'm so glad. Gives them plenty of time for the annual Autumn era kick-off.

they're bloody stupid so i guess we wont get 4 songs of this album maybe not even 3. it best not come out this year coz that wud be a huge mistake!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I dunno if they will release in autumn this time though. They said they wanted to take a lot of time on this album, and yes, beginning in January is far better than August to get an album out for October/November. But I think they might shake it up a bit and release in Spring. It's a time when not as many albums are released as a lot of artists go for the Christmas rush. I dunno. Only time will tell I spose.

As long as they take their time and are happy then I am happy.  

Management will make them do it before xmas again, they will never learn.

I'm guessing they are hinting that the C+S era will be over by jan then?

That depends I imagine, on how No Can Do ends up doing? I can't imagine them pushing a third single if it misses Top 25 or so...

well i aint happy i mean they can start in jan and release in 2010 but not 2009 no wayyyyyy man. they have to ake their time really

But Catfights took less than three months - if they've got six months or more to work with it's hardly an issue...

Don't be unhappy until you know for sure the next album will be out in 09 anyway. :)

All we can do is wait and see... obv we want them to take time off and be away from the public eye for a while and then to come back with a stomper lead single and amazing album to boot but I really don't want C&S to end so soon either... c'mon Island pull your finger out!!

I hope they tour with the next one tho:)

Oh, perhaps this 'writing in jan' thing is just the 2-3 new tracks for an autumn Overloaded:2 or 10year Anniversary CD or something?

if they start writing in januray for number 7 and it only took 3 months for album 6 then album 7 is gunna be mint cos album 6 has the best lyrics of any sugababes album. I reckon this is to do with the timbaland timing thing though as well, they said they didnt work with him because theyre scedules didnt match up, maybe they match up in the early part of next year

 I really hope they let this album run its course and release three singles. I like the idea of a re-release of C&S, but is that a good idea if the album never really took off in the first place? I suppose if they got their hands on an absolutely killer song guaranteed to be  massive then it would be good idea.

i seriously wanna know why they are starting after only 1 single release of this album (well 2)
